Your Day to Day

As a Practice Manager at Crossroads, you'll be at the heart of our practice's success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing our reception team to ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Providing proactive support to Clinical Directors in practice management and business development.
• Overseeing financial aspects, including debt collection, insurance claims, and payroll.
• Building collaborative relationships with IVC's various departments.
• Conducting monthly 121s and bi-annual appraisals.
• Being the go-to person for employee relations, supported by our HR team.
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and efficient scheduling.
• Managing social media accounts to connect with our clients.
• Assisting with input schedules, holiday, and absence management.
